Step 1-Budget
How much money is available to you can be an initial determining factor in whatever you are doing. When determining a budget for your entire project, be sure to consider costs beyond equipment, such as shipping, installation, site preparation, and surfacing. Fundraising, sponsorships, and community builds are great ways to help keep costs down.
Step 2-Location
Consider space constraints, site preparation, and unique features when choosing a space. If possible, higher ceiling height, near neighborhoods, schools, commercial areas, and fewer columns are good choices for a perfect location.
Step 3-Choosing the Right Supplier
When selecting a playground equipment supplier, consider the overall play value of the playground equipment, delivery time, quality of products, warranties, and reputation. Step 4-Make unique and custom-made design
Before making the design, please advise all details of your play area.

Step 5-Negotiation and confirm order
Once the initial design is approved, we will calculate the estimated project quotation, and a project manager will present the design proposal along with an explanation of the pricing, installation costs, shipping, payment terms, and estimated project timeline.
After all details and terms were confirmed, we could start the order.
Step 6-Production
Once you confirm the design, production will commence accordingly. We will provide detailed confirmation regarding materials, manufacturing methods, and other specifics. Throughout production, adjustments are made as necessary to meet your expectations.
After production, we will offer details pictures or videos for your checking. Everything confirmed well, then we could discuss the balance payment and book the shipment.
Step 7-Shipping
FOB Terms: Buyer charges to book shipment; we charge the transport cost from factory to nearest China seaport, normally Shanghai or Ningbo of China.
CNF/CIF Terms: When we book a shipment with a Chinese shipping agent instead of the buyer, the shipping cost will be added on the order list.
Step 8-Clearance & Duty
We will offer a full set of documents to the buyer during shipping.
After the container arrives seaport,the buyer will arrange clearance and customs duty/tax with our documents. And picking up goods back to play area place.
Step 9-Installation
There are three main types of installation:
A.Pre-installation in factory help customer DIY installation
B.Overseas Installation Worker team
C.Local installation team in place.
Step 10-Celebrate!
Invite your community, local officials, and media to attend your grand opening. Take pictures and celebrate your success on social media.
