Yes. Of Course. INDOOR PLAY CENTER equipment is very safe to use. INDOOR PLAY CENTER sells the playground equipment all over the world. Our products are strictly manufactured according to the quality standards of European and American markets. We confirm our raw materials are certified by ASTM and EN safety standards. But if some other new standards in certain country, the buyer has responsibility to inform the seller to follow before purchase.

Yes. We can help you arrange shipping to your destination sea port or your direct address. We provide one stop service for shipping.
Q4:Does INDOOR PLAY CENTER include installation?
INDOOR PLAY CENTER has an experienced installation team to help you install the equipment. Choose INDOOR PLAY CENTER, is to choose time and money, is to choose rest-assurance.
INDOOR PLAY CENTER provides installation through our own teams of fully trained and insured installers. However, we appreciate that some customers might like to use their own installation teams under our detailed installation drawing maps. Installation cost is calculated separately.
Q5:What about the trade term,payment term and delivery time?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.
Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30%~50% T/T as deposit, balance paid before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at sight. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, credit card, Ali Pay or cash.
Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 30 working days.

Q7:How much will it cost for INDOOR PLAY CENTER to make a design for me?
INDOOR PLAY CENTER does not charge any fees for customized 3D designs with our models. But if you have special requirements with complicated new models, we will need US$300-US$500 design fees to show both of us are serious about this project.
Q8:How long does it take to get a plan or design?
It depends on the size of your playground. Normally It takes 3 working days to complete an overall design.
Q9:Can I visit INDOOR PLAY CENTER production factory?
Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly. You will see the real shots for indoor playground, trampoline park and ninja warrior course in our sample room.
Q10:Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located at Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Our nearest air port is Wenzhou. It will be 1 hour flight to Shanghai airport and 2 hours flight to Guangzhou airport.
